Overview[]
Kellis is an independent kingdom formed of two Noth duchies that were conquered by Gatian warlords. After the Weslon Rebellion, these duchies broke free of the Weslon Empire, Gatia, and Baillis and formed their own kingdom.
Kellis combined both Noth and Weslon traditions but is hostile to both.

Kelllis has TL3 troops of varying quality. Some have Basic gear and Average quality, but mounted troops are Good or Crack for the knights. Knights have Fine or sometimes Very Fine equipment, while yeomen archers and spearmen have Basic gear and Good quality.
Kellis forces are built on a traditional Noth model influenced by the Gatians. The force has a core of powerful, well-equipped knights trained from childhood in the bow and lance. Their flanks are protected by well-motivated mounted retainers armed with spear and bow. A small force of pikemen supported by well-drilled spearmen hold the flanks and protect the yeomen archers. A few priests or mages of middling quality support the force.
